Mu Chitetezo cha Mulungu ndi Soya
Soya wangokhala wamunthu weniweni kwa ine. Ngakhale mbewu zonse ndi nyemba zimapindula ndi zilowerere, soya amafunikira maola 10-12 kuti ayambitse ma enzyme omwe amapangitsa kuti zakudya zake zikhalepo. Kuphika kwa mphindi makumi awiri ndipo muli ndi chakudya chapamwamba! Kuchokera ku nyembazo mutha kupanga mkaka wanu, tofu, kapena kungowira kuti mudye monga nyemba zina zilizonse. Mtundu wawo wachikasu umapatsa chithunzithunzi chokhala mphika wa golidi ndipo uli, wodzaza ndi fiber, mchere, ndi amino acid, chuma ichi ndi chapadera.
